It's a truly genuine experience that I wholeheartedly suggest everyone to check out – a chance to witness this one-of-a-kind local entertainment.
Just a heads-up, the parking lot will set you back an additional 15 dollars. All the spots open up at 5 PM, but the actual show doesn't kick off until 7:30 PM.
So, it's a good idea to arrive a bit early, buy some food to munch on at the venue, and then you can head over to the carnival area.
Keep in mind, each ride or attraction comes with a price tag of about 5 dollars, which might seem a tad pricey considering you've already got a prepaid ticket.
North texas fair and rodeo was fun. The music was great so did the vendors. I love to watch the rodeo whenever i can. It's bad that this year is super hot so have to wait until dark to go out. Definitely will come back next year.
Indeed, it was a great adventures experience. Highly recommend to visit the fair for many interesting and fun games. Another highlight of the fair was Calf Toping, it was fun to watch.
Very small facility behind some stores.
They definitely should decide to add more shaded spots, more tables, and more fans. I feel really bad for their animals outside with no water access (the ones near the entrance, under the bleachers).
Pretty awesome (free) petting zoo and bounce houses for kids in the back.
I definitely do not think this place is worth the cost. Hopefully, they'll use our money towards shade, fans, and tables.

The weather was perfect, the Fairgrounds were busy with rides and games and the food was filling. The size of the Funnel cake alone was a meal in itself. Then of course, my favorite part was the Rodeo. Great entertainment. I also want to comment on the Hospitality, everyone working there was extremely friendly.
Not bad something different. I think we would go back again.
The North Texas Fair and Rodeo is always a favorite for many PRCA Photographers like myself. Always tremendous crowds, great fair and rides and of course the rodeo. From the rodeo queens to the rodeo talent, you definitely get your money's worth. Pro Rodeo riders love to come to Denton for great stock and a great crowd. You have to use token/tickets for your food on the Midway.
